Since leaving ZLO, now Achieve Learning Center, I finished out my last two years of high school in the Running Start program at Whatcom Community College. Because I had taken two years of Spanish at Achieve Learning. Center, and several English classes, I found the college level courses of these subjects a breeze.
After high school, I attended Western Washington University and graduated with a BA in business administration with a concentration in management.
During my last year at Western, I worked as a copy editor for Cloud Security Alliance where I was able to put to use my strong English skills, the core of which I had developed in Mrs. Likkel’s classes.
Now I am working towards a second bachelor’s degree in Interior Design at Bellevue College. I am very thankful for all that I learned at Achieve Learning Center, as it has helped me throughout my academic career.
